Our Brother Meetings are held every Sunday night of the semester except for breaks, in the A.J. Palumbo Academic Center at Gannon University, Room 1222. Meeting typically last about an hour, and are occasionally followed by a fellowship activity. Click on the date to read the minutes from that meeting. Erin: The PhD student is not going back to Uganda until late summer. We are looking for any school supplies for him. Contact Dr. Krebs.
Angela: BINGO is the last time we can get brother hours this semester. We might want to make sure everyone who needs hours can come.

We just got a donation of 60 books for the book drive. There a Foundations of Teaching presentation tomorrow from 9:30 to 10:50 by the food cart in Palumbo. We should have somebody show up and make an announcement.
Jared: We need to take down the wrong posters for BINGO. It will be rescheduled for next week. i.e. not this week
Michelle: We should move it to a more prominent location such as the WCC.

Erin: Next month a psychology student from Uganda will be graduating and returning home. Could we find stuff to fill up their classrooms in Uganda?
Pup: Would like to do a section-wide summer retreat. All expenses will be paid by the section chair. It will be held 7 miles from Titusville at a farm. Will also offer the farm as a hosting site for CPPC. We are reserving a block of rooms (8 so far) for sections 64 and 67 at nationals. Once the rooms are booked we can ship stuff to the hotel ahead of time. More information about the convention is available at http://convention.apo.org/ We will be having a section 64 banquet on the 31st at the conference.

All teams can participate in Bowl for Kids. We don’t have to raise $60.00 per person anymore. We have raised $78.50 so far.
We will be serving pancakes in AJ’s Way from 7:30-9:00 on Tuesday, April 9th.
Remember to turn in service hours.
We have a form that we should turn in to nationals telling them about our Pancake Breakfast.

The project was exactly what the chapter needed, and we now need to focus on making our other projects of the semester just as positive and productive. These are- - Bingo - Formal - Bowling For Kids Sake In that order Service VP (Angela) Bowl for kids sake is April 20. Second team captain is Jared. We did discover that there is a required $300 per team to bowl. We need to all get cracking to raise the $600 to have two teams in the event. Everyone who bowls and raises over $75 gets a T-shirt. Jared suggests a table in Waldron to collect money for the event, perhaps giving out little lollipops. Random Acts of Kindness (RAoK) is coming up soon and we need to decide what we want to do. Perhaps we have another free pancake event. Membership Not Present Fellowship/Alumni Money is due for formal $25 per person or $40 for a couple Formal is planned and the food has been selected.
